About Committee
Use this list for discussions among committee members. This will only accept mail from people who are subscribed on the list. This should prevent any spam from being distributed via this list. The CFI should forward official GFA operational emails to this list. Please try not to send duplicates or "me too" comments that don't actually say anything. Every subscription to this list must be approved by the list administrator - this may take a couple of days. You may have several email addresses (eg work and home) that can send to the list but you don't want to get two copies of everything - go to your options page and disable mail delivery for the subscriptions where you don't want to get copies. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Committee Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using Committee
To post a message to all the list members, send email to committee@lists.hvgc.com.au. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Committee
Subscribe to Committee by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. Unsubscribe, retrieve password or other options
If the following page does not contain subscription options, then your subscription may not be active yet. Every subscription to this list requires approval by the list administrator. To unsubscribe from Committee, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address: If you leave the field blank, you will be prompted for your email address
